A failed gate overrides the score
Reject when: No verifiable audience, an unexplained collapse, or traffic from unrelated topics.
Reject when: Large sections disappear from search or recent pages remain undiscoverable without an explanation.
Reject when: A broad topic farm, or the link only fits when forced into unrelated copy.
Reject when: Dense paid-link patterns, hidden links, or repeated links to high-risk neighbours.
Reject when: A request to conceal payment or misrepresent the publisher's editorial review.
Step 02 · Comparison
1 = weak evidence · 3 = neutral · 5 = strong evidence
How closely the site, section, article and paragraph match the people you want to reach.
Whether keyword themes, country mix and historical trends form a credible pattern.
Named authors or editors, content depth, corrections and a visible publishing history.
Commercial-content ratio, link density, neighbouring sites and anchor-text patterns.
Whether the destination genuinely helps a reader at this point in the article.
Evidence of retained pages, removed links, redirects and domain changes.
Clarity on price, attributes, disclosure, replacement terms and issue handling.

Step 03 · Delivery
Publisher approval does not mean the actual placement is acceptable. Record the live result and evidence before settlement.
The page is publicly accessible without a login wall, unexpected redirect or preview status.
The live topic matches the approved copy and the surrounding text explains the destination's value.
Protocol, host, path, parameters and final redirect match the agreed destination.
The live anchor matches the approved draft and the wider anchor-text plan.
Link attributes, commercial arrangement and disclosure match the written agreement.
The HTTP status is healthy, with no unexpected canonical or access block.
The reviewer saves the date, screenshot or archive, checks and relevant communication.
7 acceptance checks remain.
Step 04 · Audit trail
Export the project fields, gates, weighted score, evidence and acceptance checks as UTF-8 CSV. Spreadsheet formula prefixes in your input are escaped before export.
The tool does not crawl third-party sites or make automated penalty claims. Save the source, sampled URLs, date and reasons behind your judgment.

The scorecard is free to use. If your team also needs publisher qualification, guest-post or link-insertion delivery, or white-label fulfillment, we can discuss the execution separately.
This tool structures professional judgment. It does not promise rankings, indexation, penalty detection, publisher acceptance or permanent link retention.
