English tools, enquiry and partner application privacy notice

Last updated: 4 September 2026

WailianJianshe (wailianjianshe.com) is operated by 北京无忧客数字科技有限公司. This notice explains how we handle information on the English pages, including the Publisher QC Scorecard, and complements the website's general Chinese privacy policy.

1. Publisher QC Scorecard

Values entered in the Publisher QC Scorecard are processed in the current browser tab. The tool does not submit those field values to WailianJianshe, save them to an account or store them on a server. CSV exports are created locally in your browser. Refreshing or closing the tab clears the unsaved review. Normal page analytics may still record a page visit and device or referral information, but not the values entered into scorecard fields.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a partner application, we may collect your name, work email, company or publication, website, country, working languages, business scope, commercial terms, sample URLs and the details you choose to provide. Website analytics may also collect aggregated device, referral and usage information.

3. Why we use it

We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, assess potential partners, verify resources, plan projects, maintain supplier records, prevent duplicate or misleading applications, and improve our forms and working process.

4. Service providers and international handling

This is a statically hosted website. Form submissions may be processed by the external form endpoint configured for the site, email providers, analytics services and hosting infrastructure. Information may therefore be processed in countries outside your own. We do not sell submitted personal information.

5. Retention and access

We keep application and enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for assessment, communication, compliance and future project matching. Access should be limited to people involved in business development, qualification, delivery or administration.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal, security and record-keeping requirements. You may also choose not to use a form and contact us by email with only the information necessary for an initial discussion.

7. No confidential credentials

Do not enter or submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, unpublished client credentials or material you are not authorised to share. Representative public URLs are normally sufficient for an initial review.

8. Contact

For a privacy request, email support@wailianjianshe.com and identify the application or enquiry concerned. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
